3 mile run, 14.5 mile bike, 3 mile run
Helmet is required


Fee:   Single $60, Day of race Add $10
Relay Team $85, Day of race add $10
Military pricing is available $10 discount on above pricing
There is a $10 fee for anyone registering the day of the race

USAT $12 fee required if not a member
Everyone on the team must also pay $12 fee if not a member 
of USAT

 Babysitting will be avaiable on a reservation basis for children 3 and up at $10.00 an hour per child. Babysitting should be paid in cash. The young adults babysitting are certified babysitters. Anyone requesting babysitting should send an email to ccloutiertri@aol.com

RUN ROUTE: Run goes out on Old Ferry Road at the Varnum end, Take a Right onto Varnum Avenue, follow to the end.  Take a Right onto the Boulevard and follow back to Old Ferry Road to the Elks.

BIKE ROUTE: Go out Old Ferry road on the Boulevard side.  Take a right onto the Boulevard towards Tyngsboro.  Take a right & follow Blvd and take a right at Shurburn Rd, left onto Colburn Rd, follow Colburn Road to the intersection of Lakeview.  There is a stop sign.  Take a Right and follow Lakeview avenue.  Take a right at Old County Road (St. Mary Magdelen Church) this road turns into Willowdale Road in Tyngsboro, at the end of Willowdale take a Left onto Shurburn Avenue which turns into Varnum Avenue in Lowell.  At the end of Varnum avenue take a Right onto the Boulevard and follow back to Old Ferry Road and back to the Elks.

                     
Race day check in from:  8:00am – 9:45am at the Lowell Elks

* Refreshments will be served after the Duathlon in the Elks Parking Lot

Awards vTop male Overall (skull)   ~~~~ vTop female Overall  (Skull) 
v1st (skulls) ,2nd (medal),3rd (medal), place men & women
in the following age Categories:
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34,
35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 64-69, & 70 & up 
vAwards will go to first place teams: men, women & mixed (medal).

 

Directions to Venue
From the south:
Take Rte 3 North, exit #32 take a sharp right at the end of the ramp, Drum Hill Road/Lowell exit.  Sears will be on the left, continue for 1& ¼ miles and go over the Rourke Bridge, turn left onto 113 west, take your first right onto Old Ferry Road.  Elks is on the right.

From the North: Take Rte. 3 South, Take Exit 32, Go around the rotary and take Drum Hill Road / Lowell Exit.  Then proceed as per the above directions.
